To help you enjoy a seamless and satisfying experience, we’ve outlined our Spa Terms and Conditions below. These clear and thoughtful guidelines ensure that we uphold service quality, protect your valuable time, and maintain a serene environment for all our guests.
Whether you’re here for a signature massage, a rejuvenating facial, or redeeming a wellness gift voucher, we encourage you to review these terms beforehand. Your cooperation allows us to focus entirely on what matters most — your relaxation, comfort, and well-being.
Arriving on Time
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to relax, complete any intake forms, and settle in. If you expect to arrive late, kindly call us at least 3 hours in advance. Doing so helps us manage schedules effectively and avoids reducing your session duration.
Payment Policy
We request full payment before or during your service. You can choose from several convenient payment methods:

Bank Transfers
E Spa Gift Vouchers ( must be shown at the time of redemption )
Spa Etiquette
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone:
Please switch your mobile phone to silent mode
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises
We ask all guests to be respectful toward other clients and our staff
Gift Voucher Terms
Each voucher can be used once.
You must show the gift voucher (either printed or digital) at the time of use
Vouchers cannot be extended, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions
We do not replace lost, damaged, or expired vouchers
You must book appointments at least 24 hours in advance
Appointments depend on availability, so plan early
Spa etiquette still applies during these sessions
We reserve the right to cancel a voucher if we detect misuse
Billing & Rescheduling
We issue all bills with GST, and it is included in your final amount
Once billing is complete, we do not allow changes to services
We do not offer refunds
However, you can reschedule your appointment with prior notice
Pre-booking is mandatory to ensure your preferred slot
